I started the PhD program at the Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations Department of the University of Chicago in the fall of 2010. I am interested in Early Bronze Age Anatolian Archaeology, with a specific focus on the increase in complex social organization that occurs during this time period. At the moment, I study this increase through craft production and specialization, and community organization.
